This NatureBright SunTouch Plus Light and Ion Therapy Lamp actually works! Leaves me feeling
refreshed. The size us perfect too. I'm very pleased with the product
for the price I paid for it. I also gave the light as a gift to a friend who
suffers from SAD.

This NatureBright SunTouch Plus Light and Ion Therapy Lamp is a very compact unit. Unlike the big, bulky light boxes, I can
easily carry it from one place to another in my home. My experience has been that it is well worth the price, as an augmentive
treatment. Every person's genetics are different, but as far as
products go this is a worthy purchase. Had success with using it first
thing in the morning whilst working out.
When using my laptop I can easily position the unit on one side for a period of time and then easily move it to the other side so that both eyes get the same amount of light. The angle is just right for use at my computer desk, my dining room table, and on an end table in my living room. The timer is great, and can be set to 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes and it will turn off by itself. Again, as an augment of treatment for symptoms of depression and adhd.
I still want to purchase a Philips GoLight because of the portability feature and the wider distance range for the device to be effective. Having to sit so close to the SunTouch I find to be somewhat limiting. However, for the price I now find the SunTouch is an effective product when used regularly.
