I noticed a difference in my mood in less than a week. When I first purchased the Verilux HappyLite, my neurofeedback therapist warned me not to use it to extend the day into the late hours and I didn't really understand why. I do now. Today was a gloomy day and I realized that it's 8 at night - feels much earlier in the day - I've had the light on most of the afternoon and into the evening. It's a happy mistake!
