I love this HappyLight 4500 Sunshine.. Bright & brighter are the
settings... It has helped my seasonal depression.. I purchased this
instead of the tanning package I normal buy this time of year. I get dreary when we go through a couple of days with no hint of sun,
the kind of winter days where you have to have your inside lights turned
on all day.

Takes up little
space & is worth the small investment to feel happier on gloomy
winter days of New England. I work in an office with no windows. I've been working in an office
with no windows for the last nine years. Every winter...work becomes
nearly unbearable. The dry, overheated office air. No sunlight. From what I can tell, this takes care of it. I'm a little
more energetic, a little less droopy when I use the light.
